Where can I find out about the evolutionary history of the people of Asia?

I am interested in finding out more about the evolutionary history of the people of Asia, mainly the people of China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, and the people of the Philippines.

What is the evolutionary history of these people? Do they share common ancestors? Why did they evolve to have the physical features they have? Etc.

Any credible resources would be good.
