Has anyone flown with Air Asia or Tiger Airways?

I'm deciding which airline to use. I am flying on July 3 from Singapore to Phuket. Air Asia costs $100 and Tiger Airways costs $110. Has anyone flown with either of these airlines? How was your experience? What are the chances of a delayed/cancelled flight?

I've used both and i think their service is similar. When I used the both flight was on-time so can't comment on that.

For AirAsia's free baggage allowance:

You may transport free of charge checked Baggage up to a maximum weight of 15 kg subject to the conditions and limitations contained in our Terms & Conditions. In any event each checked in baggage shall not exceed 32kg.

i have flown with air asia before but once. it was an ok experience, no delays or anythinng.
