My company would like to set up a technical call center in Asia so I'm looking for guidance. What questions do I need answers to? Is there already an established process to determine the best location? Once I have the questions, how do I go about answering them? Should I hire an "expert" or is there enough information in the public domain to do so myself? Thanks.

check the laws of these countries and the benefits it could do to your company. or, go with the flow. check where other companies set up their call centers. a lot of all centers are booming and i'm sure there are more than enough information available in the public domain. good luck!
