Can a U.S company listed in the NYST can list at another stock exchange in ASIA?

Can a U.S company listed in the NYST can list at another stock exchange in ASIA? I heard the Malaysian Stock Exchange allows foreign companies to list at their stock exchange? So what benefits is there?
