When will Iberia begin flying to Asia as it promised?

I read somewhere Iberia had planned to begin new routes to Asia and America. Exactly where will it begin to fly and what airports does this concern?

I think it was planned to operate to Asia from Barcelona when the new terminal is finished. So they plan to use Barcelona airport as a hub for the intercontinental flights to Asia and the Madrid one for the fligths to Latin America.
