I'm looking to find the most cost effective way to upload content onto my admin site for my web-site, any ideas how I find someone to do this in India or other parts of Asia.

What would be an average fee to upload one article a day for 365 days, it's a simply Content Management System needing NO technical knowledge, should take 20 minutes max per article....
